Claude Oosthuizen started Teknia Projects in 2015. From a mining engineering background, Claude went on to receive qualifications in electrical engineering, and passed his electrical trade test with honours. He believes in continuous learning and development and his employees goes for regular training to keep up to date with the latest developments and regulations in the electrical and renewable industry.
Being a hands-on kind of guy, Claude is still actively involved with every installation and believes in building a relationship with his customers. When load-shedding became our 'new normal', Claude grabbed the opportunity and expanded his business by adding renewable energy. With almost 400 installations in five years, Teknia Projects are a force to be reckoned with. Minimizing the carbon footprint, reducing energy cost, and delivering the best quality products, with excellent service and workmanship.
